Valentines Day Cocktails to Try

With Valentine’s Day here, seasonal cocktail recipes are popping up, and they are super cute! I tried a couple out and reviewed them so that you could make them for you and your significant other or your Galentine hangout!

First up was the Heavenly Lemonade cocktail!

This was super delicious and very easy to make! The ingredients are sparkling wine, pink lemonade, and raspberries! The drink is made up of two parts lemonade and one part sparkling wine with the raspberries added in for an extra taste and for decorative purposes. I also took creative liberty to add pink sprinkles to the rim using simple syrup as an adhesive. This was a great light cocktail with a simple recipe that was easy to put together for a festive night in.

Next up was Cupid's Cocktail!

This hot pink drink was made up of champagne, grapefruit juice, vodka, pink food dye, and strawberries. To mix you add 4 oz of champagne, a ½ cup of grapefruit, and 1.5 oz of vodka; water can also be added to delude the mix. The food coloring and strawberries are then added for decor! I’d definitely recommend this drink if you’re a big fan of grapefruit! It was super cute, and I paired it with a valentines dessert charcuterie board which was a big crowd pleaser!

Grab your copper mugs because last on the list is a valentine's day take on a classic Moscow Mule.

St. Valentine’s mule is a classic mule made up of a can of ginger beer, 1.5 oz of vodka, the juice of half a lime, and then strawberry soda added into the mix with sliced limes and strawberries for garnish. This cocktail was very yummy and a cute twist on a classic cocktail!

All three of the drinks were easy to make and super cute! I hope you try them out to add a little something extra special to your Valentine's Day plans!
